Delete File
Delete File Transfer objects can delete files. File name patterns can be selected from a database or as constants. You can directly project the transfer object within the connection as described.
After double-clicking on the transfer object, set the following properties:

| Path | Select the directory from which files are to be deleted. |
| File name pattern | Activate whether the file name pattern is transferred to OPC Router statically or dynamically via arrow. File name patterns can use * as a placeholder. |
| Include subfolders | If enabled, subfolders are also scanned for files with matching file name patterns and files are deleted if necessary. |
| Delete without restriction | Deletes all files that match the file name pattern. |
| Delete files older than | Deletes only files that are older than the specified period. |
