Apache Kafka

The Apache Kafka software from the Apache Foundation is free software for streaming data packets. A Kafka system consists of clusters that connect and link with each other, providing a messaging system through which data can be transported loss-free from senders (producers) to recipients (consumers). The system works according to the publish/subscribe logic. The brokers hold data for the consumers so that processing can be controlled by the client. The order of the messages is maintained. Messages in Kafka are identified by a topic and optionally by a key. Sent messages contain a payload whose format is not specified, similar to MQTT. You can find a detailed video on this topic here in our tutorial stream.
