Temperature Data Change
The Euromap77 trigger initiates data transfer when the temperature value of a data point changes. The following trigger applications are available:
- Temperature Data Change: Monitors temperature changes within the selected injection molding machine.
- Temperature Deviation: Monitors temperature threshold violations of the selected injection molding machine.
The individual properties are:
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Profile | The profiles are available here as configured instances of the Euromap77 plug-in. Select a profile from the drop-down list. |
| End point | Select an end point from the drop-down list. Use the "Test" button to check whether your connection is working. |
| Machine | Select a machine from the drop-down list. The list below now shows a selection list with all possible information about this machine. Activate the areas that are necessary for your project planning. You can now use this selected information as transfer information. |
By selecting the temperature zone type "Injection unit" or "Mold" and the corresponding temperature monitoring option, you can define the other properties:
Properties Temperature Datachange Trigger
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| No more than | Time interval in which data is always transferred, even if the value of the data point has not changed. Default is always a whole number, no decimal places. Therefore, milliseconds, seconds, minutes, or hours must be selected as units. |
| At least every | If the value of the data point changes frequently, the transfer rate can be limited here via an interval. The entry therefore means: "Transmission will take place at most every second, for example, even if the value changes more frequently." The default is always a whole number, no decimal places. Therefore, milliseconds, seconds, minutes, or hours must be selected as units. |
| Trigger at ... % difference | The transfer is only triggered if the value of the data point changes by this entry (relative). |
| Trigger at ... absolute difference | The transfer is only triggered if the value of the data point changes by this entry (absolute). |
| Trigger at every data change | Default setting, overrides Trigger at ... difference. |
Properties Temperature Datachange Trigger
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Trigger when falling below LowDeviationTemperature1 | When activated, triggering only occurs when the temperature falls below the low deviation temperature. |
| Trigger when exceeding HighDeviationTemperature1 | When activated, triggering only occurs when the temperature exceeds the highest deviation temperature. |
