License overview in OPC Router

The license overview can be found in the OPC Router menu under "Licensing." In addition to the license overview, you will also find options for licensing via "Online Licensing" and "Offline Licensing."

License type

The type of license is displayed here.

Possible types of licenses:

  • 2-hour runtime test if no license is available
  • Subscription
  • Perpetual
  • Educational
  • Demo

If support and updates have expired, this will be indicated in the license type. It will also be indicated if the license is invalid for the version of the router being used.

Valid fromDate from which the license is valid.
Remaining timeShows the remaining term in days and hours. If the remaining term is short, the remaining time is displayed in red.
Valid untilShows the date until which the license is valid. If the license has expired, this field shows how long ago it expired.
