Videojet Printer Transfer Object

The printer transfer object allows you to select the print template defined in the plug-in. You can connect the printer using a static IP address.

Property	Description
Label	Select the print template here.
Static Printer	Check this box if you want to define a printer directly in the transfer object.
IP	Define the printer’s static IP address here. Note: This field is only available if you have selected the Static Printer field.
Port	Define the printer’s static port here. Note: This field is only available if you have selected the "Static Printer" field.
Timeout	Here, define a timeout value that determines when a timeout should be triggered if the printer is unreachable.

You can also enter a host from outside into the IP address field. To do this, create a constant with the printer’s IP address, for example, and drag an Item Link to the IP address field.
