Triggers

The Euromap77 triggers initiate a flow based on the operating and process data or the events from the connected injection molding machine.

• Machine Mode Trigger – triggers as soon as the machine reaches one of the selected machine statuses.
• Part Counter Trigger – outputs the number of parts counted by the injection molding machine.
• Temperature Data Change Trigger – Triggers when a temperature value changes and limits the number of transfers via time interval and difference thresholds.
• Production Status Trigger – Triggers when the injection molding machine reaches specific production statuses.
• Temperature Deviation Trigger – Triggers when a temperature zone of the injection unit or the mold exceeds or falls below the deviation limit.
• Job Status Trigger – triggers as soon as the active job assumes one of the selected statuses.
• Cycle Parameters Trigger – triggers in response to the machine’s cycle event and provides its parameters.
• Request-Cycle-Job-List-Trigger – triggers in response to the machine’s request for the job list.
• Request-Cycle-Job-Write-Trigger – triggers in response to the machine’s request for job data.
• Request-Production-Dataset-Read-Trigger – triggers when the machine requests to read a production dataset.
• Request-Production-Dataset-Write-Trigger – triggers when the machine requests to write a production dataset.
